Brian Jones, PA-C
Brian is a California native, however has lived in multiple locations around the world as part of a military family. Brian first entered the healthcare field after serving in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman for 7 years. He worked closely with physicians providing health care to both Navy and Marine service members. This is where his interest in becoming a Physician Assistant in orthopedics began.
After his service time, he worked as a nurse until graduating from Stanford University where he obtained his certification as a Physician Assistant. He later attended Arizona School of Health Sciences for further study where he obtained his Masters Degree.
He has worked with an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon for 5 years prior to working with Garrett Tallman MD for the past 5 years in general orthopedics. He has now joined the DOC family and we are happy to have him. In his off time he enjoys remodeling his home, time at the beach, travel and spending time with friends and family.

Patrick J. Padilla, M.D.

As a competitive athlete himself, Dr. Padilla understands how his patient’s well-being is a crucial component to their quality of life. He treats all types of orthopedic conditions with a special interest in sports medicine. Dr. Padilla has been recognized by the Consumers Research Council of America as one of “America’s Top Surgeons.”
Ryan C. Meineke, M.D.

- Residency: Loma Linda University Medical Center
- Fellowship: Oakland Bone and Joint Specialists
Dr. Meineke is very involved in his patient’s recovery and treatment planning. Growing up in North County San Diego, he is grateful to be practicing in the community that he was raised in. His special interests are in total ankle replacement surgery for patients with end-stage ankle arthritis.
